Finance My Life

Finance My Life In-Person

Finance My Life, Tuesday, October 15, 22, 29, 5:30 pm, Community Meeting Room

Join us at the Greenfield Public Library, in collaboration with Franklin First Credit Union, for “Finance My Life,  a free 3 week program, starting on Wednesday, October 15, at 5:30 pm.

Finance My Life  is a three part program so we can dig a little deeper into a few different topics to try to help out navigating today’s tough personal finance space. Each session has a different focus, and is run by Certified Credit Union Financial Counselors.

Tuesday, October 15:
Session 1 is about making and adjusting a budget, to get to see how much is coming in, and how much is going out. What’s an Emergency Fund and why does it matter?

Tuesday, October 22:
Session 2 is about different real-life strategies to try to cut corners to deal with debt or maybe save up for something. Lots of ideas, and maybe one or two will be something you think will work for you.

Tuesday, October 29
Session 3 is about understanding what all of the terms mean out there, and how they relate to us.  Getting an idea of the lingo can help you decide what’s your best next step.

We welcome questions, and none of this is about selling anything. It’s just learning a new thing or two that might help you reach a financial goal, so you can say, “I Finance My Life”.
