LifePath Information Session In-Person
Representatives from LifePath will be at the Greenfield Public Library on Thursday,February 20, from 2 - 4:00 pm, to answer questions and offer information about available services and volunteer resources available to you and your loved ones.
In addition, Jennifer Bernaski, LifePath’s Benefit Specialist, will be available to help with SNAP, fuel assistance and MA Health Renewal applications.
LifePath is a nonprofit organization serving older people, people with disabilities, and caregivers in Western and Central Mass, helping people stay independent in their homes and communities. LifePath coordinates the right services for each person using a variety of providers and programs, working with people of all incomes.
