Maintaining a Healthy Sourdough Starter in Your Home Kitchen

Maintaining a Healthy Sourdough Starter in Your Home Kitchen In-Person

YOUR RECIPE CALLS FOR "SOURDOUGH STARTER", BUT WHAT IS THAT? (You can't buy it in a store or keep it in your pantry.)

Join Nicholas D'Alessandro from the Hearthstone Artisan Bakery as he brings decades of sourdough baking experience to this program which will explain exactly what a sourdough culture is, how to maintain one in a home kitchen, the common errors people make, and how to incorporate it into your favorite recipe.

AND, take home a healthy sourdough starter for yourself! (Please bring your own container.)
