"I don't want to talk about it" A Book Group for Parents and Caregivers of Teens In-Person
Do you worry about your teen but have a difficult time getting them to open up about the hard stuff going on in their head and in their life? Join us as we read the books your teens are reading and discuss current topics. Our first read is the classic teen novel (and recent BookTok hit) “The Perks of Being A Wallflower” by Stephen Chbosky which covers anxiety and depression.
Join school psychologist Autumn Jillson, Greenfield High School librarian Jessica Polock and Greenfield Public Library Teen Librarian Francesca Passiglia in the Teen Room on Monday, December 2 for 6-7pm for pizza and good conversation.
Copies of “Perks of Being A Wallflower” are currently available for check out in the main lobby of Greenfield Public Library.
