Greenfield Community Preservation Commission Information Session In-Person

 

Curious how 1% of your property tax dollars are spent?

Members of the Greenfield Community Preservation Commission will be available to answer questions and hear your ideas at the Greenfield Public Library. Learn how Community Preservation Act (CPA) Funds can help you and your neighborhood!

Adopted by Greenfield citizens in 2020, The Community Preservation Act is a state law that provides matching funds to a small surcharge (1%) on property taxes to be invested in:

  • Affordable Housing
  • Historic Preservation
  • Outdoor Recreation/Open Space
