I Don’t Want to Talk About It: A Book Group for Parents and Caregivers of Teens: Books Available beginning Monday, November 3
Book Discussion: Monday, December 2, 6:00 - 7:30 pm, Teen Room
Do you worry about your teen but have a difficult time getting them to open up about the hard stuff going on in their head and in their life? Join us at the Greenfield Public Library as we read the books your teens are reading and discuss current topics.
Our first read is the classic teen novel (and recent BookTok hit) “The Perks of Being A Wallflower” by Stephen Chbosky which covers anxiety and depression.
Join school psychologist Autumn Jillson, Greenfield High School librarian Jessica Pollock and Greenfield Public Library Teen Librarian Francesca Passiglia in the Teen Room on Monday, December 2 from 6:00 - 7:00 pm for pizza and good conversation.
Copies of “Perks of Being A Wallflower” are available for check out in the main lobby of the Greenfield Public Library.
Pre-registration is optional but recommended: https://greenfieldpl.libcal.com/event/15562630
